Kuala Lumpur : Around Merdeka Square

Merdeka Square is a rectangular field (where people used to play cricket) surrounded by many spectacular buildings.

The big screen is always turned on. When I went it was showing sports.

Gigantic flagpole… they say it’s the tallest in the world.

In this area, street lights are decorated with hibiscus flowers.

Masjid Jamek, the oldest mosque in the city.

At night, buildings are illuminated with color-changing lights placed on the ground.
